...well, kitten. Actually, more like an adult short hair, really. Dangit! I had such high hopes for this announcement and the pun that was going to go along with it, but I can’t call Ryan a kitten, though he does postdate me by a handful of months.

Head over the the “meet the crew” section for Ryan’s bio. From a business perspective, Ryan will bring Mad Apple Mojo to Bionic Cat in a Bionic Cat-esque package. “Means what?” you ask. Means that, like me, Ryan didn’t graduate from the University of Nerd.* Rather, his career path has some twists and turns in it with an overarching techno-bent, melding him into a well-rounded, well-versed and affable Apple Geek. He’s sharpened his claws as a real-life user of Macs and Apple products in the workplace and further honed them with a stint working for Apple as both a business liaison in the Apple Store Keystone as well as a Genius. He’s since gone on to earn more Apple certifications, making him an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator for Leopard (10.5) with hardware certification as well.

In the coming month’s, you’ll get to meet Ryan as the new cat makes his rounds. Welcome, Ryan!

*Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
